William and Kate Step In Amid Harry-Meghan UK ‘Plot’

It is reported that Prince William and Princess Kate are preparing for the possibility of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s return to Britain.

To manage the situation, the Prince and Princess of Wales have hired a crisis management expert ahead of any potential visit by the Sussexes. Liza Ravenscroft, who has a background in crisis management, was reportedly recommended by Julian Payne, a former communications secretary to King Charles and Queen Camilla and the current CEO of Edelman.

Royal commentator Richard Eden noted that growing speculation about Meghan potentially returning to the UK this summer, along with reports that Harry invited King Charles to the 2026 Invictus Games, is part of a broader effort to pressure the royal family.

“The plot is known as ‘Project Thaw’ because the aim is to ‘warm up’ the duke’s and duchess’s frosty relationships with the rest of the Royal Family and with the British people,” the report claimed.

On Thursday, January 15, Eden reported: “William and Catherine know that there may be trouble ahead, and it’s likely to come from a familiar source – Prince Harry and Meghan.”

The report adds that an “Establishment ‘plot’” is gaining momentum to bring Harry and Meghan back to the UK, with a decision expected in the coming weeks on whether their automatic armed police protection during visits will be reinstated and funded by taxpayers.
