Shanaya Kapoor Reveals About Relationship Betrayal

Shanaya Kapoor spoken her painful moment in her past relationship during a podcast, she discovered her boyfriend messaging five other women while on trip.

In the podcast of Relationshit Advice, the actor explored into the themes of betrayal and emotional cheating sharing how she managed to move forward after the experience.

She recounted being on an international vacation with her then-boyfriend, convinced that everything between them was perfect “I was thinking, ‘This is it. It’s too good to be true. What a life, wow. This is the best relationship,’” she shared.

The truth came out when her phone died and she borrowed his to book a cab. Shanaya requested to use his phone, a decision that changed everything. Although when she unlocked his phone to book the ride, she saw a message notification pop up from his ex-girlfriend. Alarmed, she opened the chat, only to find what she described as deeply unsuitable relations.

As she kept checking, more chats appeared. “The second girl popped up, the third girl, the fourth, the fifth. There were five girls he was messaging,” she said.

Shanaya was in shock, sent screenshots to her friends on Snapchat to seeking help. One of them was Ananya Panday, who told her to leave and come to her.

“I can’t just catch a fucking train, what do I do?” Shanaya said, explaining how she pretended everything was fine for days.

Later, her boyfriend got a earing for her in order to calm her, now she called that earrings a ‘Guilty Earrings’ and she still wear them

The actress currently promoting Tu Yaa Main along with her co-actor and director.

The film releases on 13 February, clashing with O’Romeo by Vishal Bharadwaj, starring Shahid Kapoor and Triptii Dimri.
