Ambulance, Doctors Enter Adiala Jail for PTI Founder

Rawalpindi: A medical team and an ambulance entered Adiala Jail through Gate No. 5 earlier today to attend to the PTI founder. Sources indicate that an initial report regarding his health and ongoing treatment has already been submitted to the Punjab Home Department. This report includes a comprehensive chart of the founder’s vital signs, such as blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and blood sugar levels, along with a specific update on his current eye condition.

Furthermore, the submission to the Home Department contains complete records of previous consultations, including the specific dates, times, and the names of the doctors who performed each examination. According to sources, on-duty jail doctors conduct medical examinations and record the founder’s vital signs three times a day. These daily medical records and vital signs are being compiled regularly to ensure a continuous and detailed monitoring of his health status.
