Rain expected in many parts of Pakistan ahead of Ramadan

The Pakistan Meteorological Department has predicted rain and strong winds in different parts of the country in the coming hours.

According to the forecast, the weather in Islamabad will remain partly cloudy today. Rain is expected in areas like Dera Ghazi Khan and Bahawalpur. Showers are also likely in Multan and nearby districts.

In Balochistan, rain is expected in Quetta and surrounding areas. Some places may also experience strong winds. Coastal areas such as Gwadar may receive rain along with isolated hailstorms.

Parts of Sindh, including Karachi and Hyderabad, are also likely to get light to moderate rain at different locations.

In Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, rain is expected in Dera Ismail Khan and Parachinar, along with windy conditions.

The Met Office said that Gilgit-Baltistan will remain cold with partly cloudy weather. Meanwhile, Azad Kashmir may also receive rain with strong winds and thunderstorms in some areas.

Authorities have advised people to stay careful during strong winds and heavy rain.
