Fire Breaks Out at Garment Factory in Karachi

KARACHI—A fire broke out early Saturday morning at a garment factory near Chamra Chowrangi in the Korangi Industrial Area.

According to fire brigade officials, the blaze started in a specific section of the facility but was quickly contained with the help of three fire engines. Emergency responders confirmed that no casualties were reported in the incident.

While the fire has been brought under control, the cooling process is currently underway to ensure the site is safe. An investigation into the cause of the fire is expected to follow.
