Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Shortlists for 2026 Induction: Check Here

The excitement is high, there are ten newcomers counting Pink, Shakira, Luther Vandross and more, seen in the list of nominees of Rock and Roll Hall of fame, let see who other are been listed in it.

The Rock and Roll Hall of fame revealed the name of almost seventeen shortlisted nominees for 2026 Induction, which presenting all genres such as pop, rock, R&B, hip-hop and worldwide influences. The list of nominees takes in Shakira, Pink, Billy Idol, Mariah Carey, The Black Crowes, Iron Maiden, Joy Division/New Order, New Edition, Oasis, Sade, and Wu-Tang Clan.

The newcomer who will made their first appearance are Jeff Buckley, Phil Collins, Melissa Etheridge, Lauryn Hill, INXS, New Edition, Pink, Shakira, Luther Vandross and Wu-Tang Clan.

The voting will take place over the next two months by the Hall’s 1,200 voters, and the selected for performance inductees the results will announced in April.

The voting process is going to be very serious and respected, the selection board criteria including historians and music experts, and industry professionals wisely examinations individually entrant’s role. The selection is based on that creative artist, who put change in a music in a meaningful way and leave a huge on music culture and influence on other musicians as well.

This 2026 year’s induction event will take place in the fall, with exact dates, location and ticket information to be announced.
