Prince William’s Strategic Move Overshadows Sussexes’ Tour
Prince William stepped out in London to visited the Francis Crick Institute, a leading biomedicine research centre in King’s Cross, central London. His visit came amid his younger brother, Prince Harry’s, pseudo-royal two-day tour of Jordan with his wife, Meghan Markle.
25 February 2026, 10-year anniversary biomedicine research centre at Francis Crick Institute, where Princes of Wales meeting with brain researchers and A-level student.
The future King was applauded on arrival by crowds of staff standing on the building’s many balconies, and was given a tour of the institute’s electron microscopy facility, which is used to study cells at the atomic level.
Edith Heard, Director of the Crick, said: “It was an honour to welcome His Royal Highness to the Crick and reflect together on the role of scientists and evidence in addressing global challenges.
During his visit, the prince met with researchers, doctors and students and received a tour of one of the world’s foremost electron microscopy facilities.
