Shehbaz Sharif Chairs High-Level Meeting on National Food Security

ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif chaired a meeting focused on the Ministry of National Food Security, where he provided a detailed briefing on the Strategic Roadmap for Agriculture and Food Security.

The Prime Minister highlighted that the roadmap is built upon five key pillars designed to achieve a stable, competitive agricultural and food system. Central to this initiative is the formation of a National Food and Agriculture Security Council across all federal units to ensure seamless coordination.
