Eid Holidays: NADRA Offices to Stay Closed Until March 24

ISLAMABAD: The federal government has announced two days of Eid ul Fitr holidays, while provincial governments have announced three days. Many people are asking how this will affect NADRA offices.

According to reports, the federal government has declared holidays on March 20 and 21. However, the governments of Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa have announced holidays from March 19 to March 21.

The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has also shared its holiday schedule. According to the official announcement, NADRA offices across Pakistan will remain closed from Friday, March 20 to Monday, March 23. These holidays include both Eid ul Fitr and Pakistan Day.

Despite the closure of offices, people can still use NADRA services through the Pak ID mobile app, which will remain available during the holidays.

NADRA also said that its 24-hour offices will close at 12:00 midnight between March 19 and 20. All offices will reopen at 8:00 am on Tuesday, March 24.

For overseas Pakistanis, NADRA centers located in different countries will follow the working hours of their respective embassies.
