Gold prices drop sharply in Pakistan – March 19, 2026: Check new rates

Gold prices in Pakistan went down on Wednesday, following a similar drop in the international market.

According to the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewelers Sarafa Association, the price of gold per tola decreased by Rs24,300, bringing it down to Rs499,462 in the local market.

At the same time, the price of 10 grams of gold dropped by Rs20,833, reaching Rs428,208.

Earlier in the day, the gold price per tola was Rs523,762, but it later declined significantly.

In the international market, gold prices also saw a big drop. The price fell by $243 to $4,767 per ounce, including a $20 premium.

Meanwhile, silver prices also decreased, going down by Rs760 per tola to settle at Rs7,734.
