Fahad Mustafa Talks About Colorism in Industry

Fahad Mustafa, all-time favorite celebrity due to his show Jeeto Pakistan, he is actor and producer, and we can also call him a self-made superstar, recently he has done his film in his production, Aag Lagy Basiti Main in which he featured as lead hero.

In Waseem Badami show, he has appeared as a guest for his movie promotion, during conversation opened about his career struggle and many more things.

Fahad Mustafa was asked if white skin tone is important to become a hero or a heroine in the showbiz industry, in response, he wonderfully replied. Many celebrities have addressed how colorism is very much predominant in showbiz and only people with fair skin tone are ideal for main roles.

Fahad said that he is not “gora” and he has done well. Complexion does not matter nowadays. He added how Ahmed Ali Akbar, Saba Qamar, Sanam Saeed and Sajal Aly are all big stars and they are not “white”. He gave a positive message to people with dusky complexions and said tat in today’s world, talent matters and people with all kinds of looks are actors in the world. He once again said that he is “sanwala” but he did well in the industry.
