Gold Price Surges Past Rs 5 Lakh Per Tola in Pakistan

Gold prices have once again climbed significantly in the local market, with the cost of the precious metal surpassing the Rs 5 lakh per tola threshold.

The price of gold per tola saw an increase of Rs 3,500, bringing the rate to Rs 503,462. Similarly, 10 grams of gold became more expensive by Rs 3,001, settling at a new price of Rs 431,637.

This upward trend reflects broader market movements, as gold rose by $35 in the global market to reach $4,811 per ounce. Meanwhile, the silver market also experienced a rise, with the price per tola increasing by Rs 144 to reach Rs 8,404.
