NADRA moves from paper system to digital identity platform
The National Database and Registration Authority has launched a new official website aimed at changing the way citizens access identity services, data, and support. The new platform is envisioned as a fully integrated digital system.
The website makes it easier for Pakistanis living in Pakistan and abroad to access key services such as CNIC, NICOP, POC, FRC, CRC, and other certification processes. NADRA, as an organization, is transitioning from manual processes to a comprehensive biometric identity framework.
The platform represents NADRA’s overall transition from traditional paper-based systems to one of the world’s largest biometric identity frameworks. Services are now presented in a more organized and user-friendly manner.
For overseas Pakistanis, the website makes it easier to apply for NICOP and POC. These documents are important for people living abroad, and now they can apply online without visiting embassies or centers.
It’s NADRA going full digital: Faster, smarter access everywhere. Whether renewing CNIC in Lahore or NICOP from Dubai, this site’s got you
