Gold Prices Drop Sharply After Recent Surge

After two days of bullish momentum in global and local gold markets, the price of gold has again recorded a major decline.

According to the All Pakistan Sarafa Association, 24-carat gold per tola has become cheaper by Rs 8,900 to Rs 485,062, while the price of ten grams of gold has decreased by Rs 7,630 to Rs 415,862.

The price of silver per tola decreased by Rs 238 to Rs 7,811. On the other hand, gold fell by $89 in the international market to $4,627 per ounce.
