Iran Launches Latest Ship With Quick Missile Response

Iranian media sources stated that Iran launched a new high-speed attack vessel named “27 Rajab” on May 31, 2026. Unveiled by the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) at a ceremony in Tehran’s Enghelab Square, this vessel is designed for rapid strikes and is built for asymmetric “swarm warfare” in strategic waterways like the Strait of Hormuz.

The attack craft can reportedly reach speeds up to 100 knots (approximately 185\kmh) with a high range of over 700 kms. The Iranian forces have denoted to respond back rapidly and more brutally than before.
