Simon Cowell’s America’s Got Talent continues to entertain viewers as the American reality competition show airs its 21st season on NBC. In 2026, the show started it premier, basically the platform of this show is for those who have unique talent in different field like singing, dancing, comedy, magicians, and other act competing on a national stage a grand prize of $1 million. Not only America, other countries also inspired and organized this stage for their people to showcase their country’s talent, such as India and now the format has arrived in Pakistan as well.
In Pakistan’s Got Talent, the show is set to premiere soon on Geo TV, where Mehwish Hayat, Ali Zafar, and Tabish Hashmi will judge talented contestants.
The show teaser recently released, showcasing amateur artists displaying their talents in front of the judges, who can be seen visibly excited by the contestants’ performances.

The show has stirred controversy following its launch in Pakistan, lots of people predict Pakistan Got Talent could end up like Pakistan Idol, which was unable to continue because of budget limitations.
One wrote, “It is a cheap version of America’s Got Talent or India’s Got Talent.”
Another said that the stunts shown in the show are also fake.
One wrote that Tabish Hashmi as a judge is a big no and that he has given fake expressions throughout the show.
Another wrote, “Pakistan is like ‘Aag Lagay Basti Mein, Hum Apni Masti Mein,’ meaning that whatever happens, nothing affects the media.”
