US-Iran Nuclear Talks Continue Despite Fresh Strikes and Rising Tensions

The United States and Iran remain engaged in technical-level negotiations over nuclear issues despite a new round of American strikes against Iran, underscoring the fragile but continuing diplomatic channel between the two longtime adversaries.
