Hospital officials quickly contacted the families of children receiving treatment and asked them to remove their children from the hospital to ensure their safety.
The hospital was temporarily evacuated, and families were seen outside carrying their children as they waited in a safe area.
Iranian media said the missile strikes placed the lives of children receiving cancer treatment at serious risk.
According to Iranian claims, the hospital was damaged during the latest wave of US attacks on Iran.
