Operation 11 Garaj Continues as Forces Target terrorist in Bajaur

Under Operation 11 Garaj, Security forces are carrying out continuous intelligence-based operations in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to eliminate terrorist.

Security sources stated that Operation 11 Garaj, has led to the killing of some Khawarij terrorist , whereas security forces have also shattered a number of their hideouts.

During a recent intelligence-based operation in the Shakro area of Bajaur Security forces carried out a successful operation against suspected terrorist . Several Khawarij were reportedly killed and injured during the operation although the exact number of casualties has not been officially disclosed.

The operation further resulted in the arrest of suspected facilitators, the seizure of a significant quantity of arms and ammunition. During the operation, security forces improved and demolished unprepared explosive devices (IEDs) reportedly planted by terrorist.

The operations are being supported by ground personnel and quadcopters, making intelligence-based missions more effective, according to security sources. They said the continued operations have disrupted terrorist activities compelled terrorist to flee from their strongholds and areas of presence.

Officials said security forces are making every effort to ensure the safety of local communities, and their property while keeping civilians out of harm’s way during the operations.

Security forces reaffirmed their commitment to continuing Operation 11 Garaj until terrorism is eliminated and lasting peace is established across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
