ATC Peshawar Adjourns May 9 Radio Pakistan Attack Case

PESHAWAR: The Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) in Peshawar heard the May 9 Radio Pakistan attack case, with the investigating officer submitting the police report before the court. Police also presented reports from the Punjab Forensic Science Agency, while sources claimed that the report confirms Chief Minister Sohail Afridi’s involvement in the Radio Pakistan case.

The court was informed that arguments would be heard at the next hearing in light of reports from other government departments and forensic agencies. The court adjourned the hearing until September 14, when arguments on the police report are expected to take place.
