Gold Price Falls by Rs2,700 per Tola in Pakistan

KARACHI: Gold prices in Pakistan declined on Monday in line with a fall in international bullion rates.

According to rates released by the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA), the price of gold per tola fell by Rs2,700, reaching Rs457,536.

The price of 10-gram gold also decreased by Rs2,315 to Rs392,263.

On Saturday, gold had closed at Rs460,236 per tola after declining by Rs100 during the session.

International Gold Rate Declines

In the international market, the price of gold fell by $27, reaching $4,350 per ounce.

The decline in international bullion prices was reflected in the local market, resulting in a drop in gold prices in Pakistan.

Meanwhile, the price of silver remained unchanged at Rs7,100 per tola.
