Meghan Markle Reportedly Plans Low-Key Return to Public Eye

Meghan Markle is reportedly planning to keep a low profile for now as she prepares for her return to public appearances, according to Woman’s Day.

The Duchess of Sussex has remained mostly out of the spotlight since returning to the UK about a month ago. A source told the publication that Meghan is intentionally staying out of sight while keeping herself busy with other commitments.

“She is deliberately biding her time and staying out of sight intentionally, but she’s also got plenty of things keeping her busy,” the insider said.

The source added that Meghan hopes her absence will create anticipation among the public before she begins making more appearances.

“When she does start stepping out more, the hope is that she’ll have built up enough anticipation that people will be excited to see her, rather than having her everywhere right away and the public getting sick of her,” the insider claimed.

According to the source, Meghan is also hoping for a strong reception when she eventually returns to the public eye, with the insider suggesting that surpassing her sister-in-law, Kate Middleton, is part of the plan.

“Make no mistake, that is the goal,” the source reportedly said.

Harry and Meghan stepped back from their senior royal duties in 2020 and later opened up publicly about their experiences with the Royal Family. They also discussed concerns surrounding the treatment of their son, Prince Archie. The couple is now based in California with Archie and their daughter, Princess Lilibet.
