Global Oil Prices Rise After Houthi Militia Attacks on Saudi Energy Facilities

Crude Oil Prices Rise to Two-Month High on Supply Concerns
Global crude oil prices rose after the Houthi militia launched missile and drone attacks targeting oil facilities in Saudi Arabia.
The attacks increased concerns among investors that Saudi Arabia’s oil production could be affected, potentially putting further pressure on global energy supplies.
Brent crude climbed to around $103 per barrel, while US West Texas Intermediate crude rose above $91 per barrel.
The price of UAE’s Murban crude also reached around $111 per barrel. Natural gas prices, however, recorded a slight decline.
The latest movement in oil prices comes amid heightened tensions across the Middle East and growing concerns over possible disruptions to energy production and regional shipping routes.
