Interior Minister foresees Senate election between Feb 12 and March 12, 2o21.
Federal Minister for Interior Sheikh Rashid Ahmed said this, while talking to a private news channel.
Interior Minister foresees Senate election between Feb 12 and March 12
He further said that the government has decided to go to the Supreme Court to hold open ballot election in the Senate.
Moreover, Sheikh said the Pakistan Peoples Party had requested the Election Commission of Pakistan to hold bye elections on vacant seats.
However, he predicted holding of Senate elections in between 12th February to 12th March.
The Minister said the Prime Minister wants to hold accountable those who looted the national wealth ruthlessly.
