Pakistan had announced observance of this day in recognition of the struggle of working women.
Since December 22, 2010, nation has been observing the National Working Women’s Day.
Specially, observance of the day aims at securing a dignified and respectful working environment.
Moreover, the nation marks the day to acknowledge the economic contributions which women made to the country.
