In his remarks, the Chairman Senate spoke of a policy they are pursuing to ensure effective legislation.

Under that they do so through consultation and close contacts with the parliamentary leaders.

Moreover, he said because of effective strategy of both the houses important legislation saw no delay despite the breakout of Covid-19.
