Pakistan will celebrate Eid ul Azha on July 21, 2021, according to Ruet-e-Hilal or moon sighting committee.

Meetings of the moon-sighting committee and other zonal committees held in all provincial capitals of the country Saturday evening.

Later, Chairman Maulana Muhammad Abdul Khabir Azad announced that Zilhaj moon not sighted.

Members of Central Ruet-e-Hilal committee and officials of the Pakistan Meteorological department also attended.

Therefore, Zilhaj will begin from Monday July 12, 2021. That means Eid ul Azha will fall on July 21 (Wednesday).

Muslims across the world celebrate Eid according to Islamic lunar calendar.

Meanwhile, Pakistani Muslims are buying sacrificial animals for Eidul Azha nowadays.

They slaughter sacrificial animals and distribute beef or mutton to deserving people as well as close relatives.
