This year, the world observes the day under theme “Victims’ Voices Lead the Way.”

It aims at putting a spotlight on victims’ untold stories, and on their roles in the fight against trafficking.
Meanwhile, United Nations Secretary General Antonio Guterres issued his message on day.
He urged the states to take action against human trafficking, where a third of all victims are children.
