Supreme Court orders removal of all the encroachments in Karachi.
A three-member bench of Supreme Court issued the order.
Supreme Court orders removal of all the encroachments in Karachi
Chief Justice of Pakistan Justice Gulzar Ahmed headed bench comprised of Justice Ijaz Ul Hassan and Justice Qazi Ameen.
The bench heard the case at Supreme Court Karachi registry.
Apex court hear case relating to removal of encroachments from Gujar, Orangi and Mehmoodabad nullahs in the city.
Moreover, the SC also ordered to remove all the encroachments including constructions on fake lease documents in Karachi.
The court also ordered demolition of all the houses and commercial constructions made on fake leases must be demolished.
