Vlektra Cuts Electric Bike prices amid rising petrol prices

KARACHI: Vlektra Electric Motorcycles has announced temporary price reductions on its electric bike lineup in Pakistan as fuel prices continue to rise across the country.

According to the company, the discounted prices apply to all its major models, giving customers a chance to switch to electric mobility at lower costs.

Updated Prices of Vlektra Electric Bikes

The company confirmed that the price of the Vlektra Bolt has been reduced from Rs. 609,000 to Rs. 549,000, offering buyers a saving of Rs. 60,000.

Meanwhile, the Vlektra Velocity 180 SE is now available for Rs. 384,000, down from its previous price of Rs. 419,000.

Another popular model, the Vlektra Velocity 180, has also seen a price cut, dropping from Rs. 369,000 to Rs. 339,000.

Company Aims to Promote Electric Mobility

The company stated that the price reduction is designed to help consumers who are struggling with increasing petrol prices. By offering discounted electric motorcycles, Vlektra hopes to encourage more people to adopt eco-friendly transportation.

According to the announcement, buyers can save between Rs. 30,000 and Rs. 50,000 instantly, depending on the model they choose.

Long-Term Savings for Riders

Vlektra also highlighted that electric motorcycles can significantly reduce transportation costs over time since riders do not need to spend money on petrol. Lower maintenance and charging costs make electric bikes a more economical option for daily commuters.

The company added that the discounted prices will only be available for a limited time, encouraging customers to take advantage of the offer soon.
