Vlektra reduces electric bike prices as petrol prices rise

KARACHI: Vlektra Electric Motorcycles has announced temporary price reductions on all its motorcycles in Pakistan, as petrol prices continue to rise.

The company said the discounts apply to its full range of models:

• Vlektra Bolt – price reduced from Rs. 609,000 to Rs. 549,000

• Velocity 180 SE – price reduced from Rs. 419,000 to Rs. 384,000

• Velocity 180 – price reduced from Rs. 369,000 to Rs. 339,000

Vlektra said the move is aimed at helping consumers cope with higher fuel costs and to encourage the use of electric motorcycles as an alternative to petrol-powered vehicles.

According to the company, buyers can save Rs. 30,000 to Rs. 50,000 instantly depending on the model. In addition, switching to electric motorcycles can help users save more money in the long run by reducing fuel expenses.

The company noted that the discounted prices will be available for a limited time.
