ISLAMABAD: Cement prices in Pakistan showed a small increase during the past week, according to the Pakistan Bureau of Statistics.
In northern cities, the average retail price of a cement sack rose to Rs 1,381, which is 0.44 percent higher than the previous week. Earlier, the price was Rs 1,375 per sack.
In southern cities, the average price increased slightly to Rs 1,449 per sack, showing a 0.07 percent rise compared to last week, when it was Rs 1,448.

The data shows that cement prices remain slightly higher in southern cities compared to the north, with small weekly changes across most areas.
