Summer holidays in School 2025 to start from June 15 – Check Latest Schedule

PESHAWAR, May 22, 2025 – As temperatures continue to rise across the country, the Education Departments of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Balochistan, Punjab, and Sindh have officially announced the Summer Vacation Schedule 2025 for schools.

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Summer Vacations 2025

The KP government released a notification confirming summer holidays for all public and private schools in the province:

• 🔹 Primary Schools (Warm Areas):
  Closed from June 1 to August 31

• 🔹 High & Higher Secondary Schools (Warm Areas):
  Closed from June 15 to August 31

• 🔹 All Schools in Cold Areas:
  Closed from July 1 to July 31

Balochistan Summer Vacations 2025

The hot regions of Balochistan have already begun observing summer holidays:

• 🔹 Holiday Duration:
  May 17 to July 31
  Schools will reopen on August 1 (Friday)

Punjab Summer Vacations 2025

The Punjab government has also released its schedule:

• 🔹 Holiday Duration:
  June 1 (Sunday) to August 14 (Saturday)

Officials mentioned that in case of an extreme heatwave, vacations could start a week earlier to ensure the safety of students and staff.

Sindh Summer Vacations 2025

The Sindh Education Department confirmed the summer vacation period for all schools:

• 🔹 Holiday Duration:
  June 1 to July 31

Authorities denied any plans to begin holidays earlier, despite the current heatwave.
