UHS announces official date for MDCAT 2025 in Punjab
The University of Health Sciences (UHS) has announced that the Medical and Dental College Admission Test (MDCAT) 2025 for Punjab will take place on October 26. This important exam will decide admissions to medical and dental colleges across the province.
More than 50,000 students have registered for the test, which will be held simultaneously in 12 cities across Punjab. To ensure everything runs smoothly, UHS and the Department of Specialized Healthcare have stepped up their preparations. Deputy Commissioners of all 12 districts have been directed to finalize exam arrangements.
There will be 26 exam centers across Punjab, including in Lahore, and a high-security alert will be in place on exam day. Agencies such as Rescue 1122, NADRA, Traffic Police, and other security teams will be on duty to make sure the process remains safe and organized.
To avoid any trouble, the Punjab Home Department has been asked to enforce Section 144 around the exam centers. Meanwhile, the Higher Education Department and School Education Department have been notified to deploy exam staff, and the Punjab Police will help maintain law and order.
At UHS, senior faculty members have been given exam duties, and staff security clearances are being completed. The university says its goal is to provide a fair, secure, and peaceful environment for all students taking the test.
As October 26 approaches, all departments are working together to make sure the MDCAT 2025 is conducted in a smooth and transparent way.
