FPSC issues new instructions for CSS 2026 exams – check details

The Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC) has released additional instructions for candidates appearing in the CSS 2026 written examinations. The exams will start on February 4.

According to FPSC, candidates must make sure their national identity cards or passports are valid. Those with expired CNICs or passports will not be allowed to enter the examination hall.

Candidates have also been advised to reach their assigned examination halls at least 50 minutes before the exam begins. FPSC has made it clear that no extra or unauthorized material will be allowed inside the exam hall.

The commission has asked all candidates to carefully follow these new instructions along with the guidelines already issued earlier. FPSC warned that failure to follow the rules may lead to problems on exam day.

Candidates are advised to prepare in advance to avoid any inconvenience during the examinations.
