Rimsha Iqbal reveals heartbreaking reality of fame during father’s death

Pakistani drama Industry’s biggest star Momina Iqbal’s sister Rimsha Iqbal made headlines after standing unwaveringly beside her sister mid the controversy involving PML-N MPA Saqib Chadhar. During a recent podcast, she revealed the hidden struggles that accompanied her sister’s fame.

A while ago Momina Iqbal went through the heartbreaking loss of her father. The cause of his death was a sudden failure, and her father’s absence is still deeply felt, and she continues to miss him dearly. Rimsha shared the heartbreaking moment her sister endured while their father’s body was still there.

As Momina drove her father to the hospital after he fell ill. All of a sudden, hospital staff and doctors rushed over repeatedly asking whether she was Momina Iqbal. Instead of giving her father the care he needed, the medical staff were reportedly preoccupied with Momina’s celebrity status, resulting in what she described as medical negligence.

The actress itself also expressed her thoughts on the revelation. According to Momina, the fame she has brought with it many painful experiences and personal struggles. Her profession became a punishment for her loved ones but she trusts Allah and knows He will provide justice.
