Prince Harry Reportedly Wants to End Long-Running Rift With Prince William

The Duke of Sussex is said to be looking for a way to repair his relationship with Prince William and Princess Kate and move past their years of family conflict.

Prince Harry is said to be preparation more repeated trips to the UK following his latest meeting with his father, King Charles, at Highgrove. The meeting has reportedly raised hopes that Harry could gradually rebuild his connection with the royal family.

However, there are reportedly doubts from William and Kate about Harry and Meghan Markle’s intentions. Sources claim that the Prince and Princess of Wales may not be ready to welcome the Sussexes back into the royal fold.

An insider told Heat World that Harry misses his brother and sister-in-law and wants to see his father living in peace without the continued family conflict. The source also pointed to the upcoming anniversary of Princess Diana’s death as another emotional reason for Harry to seek reconciliation.

Despite this, royal commentator Phil Dampier previously suggested that William could find it difficult to face Harry, even during events held to honour their late mother’s memory.

Meanwhile, The Times reported that Harry remains pleased with his charitable work in the UK, particularly his involvement with the Birmingham edition of the Invictus Games. This could mean that the Duke may spend more time in Britain in the future.
