Gold prices raise Rs3,400 in Pakistan - check new rates
Gold prices dropped in Pakistan on Wednesday, following a decline in the international market.
According to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewelers Association, the price of 24-karat gold per tola fell by Rs.3,000, bringing it down to Rs.356,000 from Rs.359,000 on the previous trading day.
Similarly, the price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold dropped by Rs.2,572, now priced at Rs.305,212, compared to Rs.307,784 earlier. For 10 grams of 22-karat gold, the rate fell by Rs.2,358 to Rs.279,787, down from Rs.282,145.
On the other hand, the rates of silver stayed the same. Per tola silver was priced at Rs.4,014, and 10 grams of silver remained at Rs.3,441.
In the international market, gold prices went down by $30, dropping to $3,335 from $3,365. Silver prices remained unchanged at $38.30, the association added.
