Gold prices surge by Rs4,700 per tola in Pakistan - check new rates
Gold prices in Pakistan saw a noticeable drop on Thursday. The price of 24-karat gold per tola fell by Rs.900, bringing it down to Rs.355,100, compared to Rs.356,000 on the previous trading day, according to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewelers Association.
Similarly, the price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold decreased by Rs.771 to Rs.304,441, while 10 grams of 22-karat gold dropped by Rs.706, now priced at Rs.279,081.
Silver prices also went down, with per tola silver decreasing by Rs.50 to Rs.3,964, and 10 grams of silver dropping by Rs.43 to Rs.3,398.
In the international market, gold prices fell by $9, reaching $3,326 from $3,335, while silver decreased by $0.5 to $37.80.
