Gold and Silver Rates Drop Again in Pakistan
Gold and silver prices in Pakistan have witnessed another notable drop, driven by trends in the international market.
According to local jewelers, the price of 24-karat gold fell by Rs1,400 per tola, settling at Rs444,900, while the per-gram rate registered a decrease of Rs1,200, bringing it down to Rs381,430.
Similarly, silver prices also experienced a downward revision, with the per-tola rate slipping by Rs12 to Rs5,261 in the domestic market. On the global front, gold saw a decline of $17 per ounce, reaching $4,235.
It is pertinent to mention that on October 18, gold prices in Pakistan had already undergone a sharp reduction of Rs10,600 per tola.
