Gold price rises by Rs7,900 per tola in Pakistan – check new rates
Gold prices in Pakistan recorded a noticeable decrease on Thursday, bringing some relief to buyers. According to figures released by the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association, the price of 24-karat gold fell by Rs 1,000 per tola, reaching Rs 418,862.
The price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold also went down by Rs 857, settling at Rs 359,106. Meanwhile, 10 grams of 22-karat gold dropped by Rs 678, now priced at Rs 329,300.
In the international market, gold prices decreased by $10 per ounce, bringing the global rate to $3,965. On the other hand, silver prices remained unchanged both locally and globally, providing price stability for silver investors.
Gold rates in Pakistan often move in line with global market trends, and analysts expect further fluctuations in the coming days depending on international market activity and currency movement.
