Gold prices drop by Rs 1,700 per tola in Pakistan – check new rates

Gold prices have dropped across Pakistan, bringing some relief to buyers. The price of 24-karat gold per tola has decreased by Rs. 1,700, and the new price is now Rs. 441,462 per tola.

According to the All Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Association, the price of 24-karat gold per 10 grams has also fallen by Rs. 1,457. After this decrease, the new price of 10 grams of gold stands at Rs. 378,482.

In the same way, the price of 22-karat gold per 10 grams has dropped by Rs. 1,336. Its new price is now Rs. 346,954 per 10 grams.

Gold prices also fell in the international market. The price of gold per ounce dropped by 17 dollars and is now at 4,191 dollars per ounce. This global decrease has directly affected gold prices in Pakistan as well.

Silver prices have also gone down. The price of 24-karat silver per tola decreased by Rs. 85 and is now Rs. 6,000 per tola. Similarly, the price of 10 grams of 24-karat silver fell by Rs. 72 and is now Rs. 5,144.

This drop in gold and silver prices is good news for people planning to buy jewellery in the coming days.
