Govt hectic efforts to eliminate sense of deprivation in Balochistan was mentioned by Special Assistant on Information and Broadcasting Dr. Firdous Ashiq Awan.

Prime Minister Imran Khan is making hectic efforts to eliminate sense of deprivation from people of Balochistan. She said, while talking to the media in Quetta today (Wednesday). 

Govt hectic efforts for Balochistan

She assured that Centre would extend full cooperation to provincial government.

She as assured cooperation for the relief and rehabilitation of those whom rains and snowfall hit badly.

Awan said timely rescue efforts of National Disaster Management Authority with the cooperation of provincial government helped saved many precious lives.

Besides, she noted it also ensured provision of medical aid to those injured due to rains and snowfall.

Prime Minister Imran Khan gives immense importance to the development of this resource rich province.

Furthermore, she stressed that development of Pakistan linked with the development of Balochistan.

Meanwhile, she said that Prime Minister Imran Khan has effectively and forcefully presented the case of Kashmiris at the international fora.

She referred to reiteration of US President Donald Trump’s offer for mediation on Kashmir dispute.

She said the offer during meeting with Prime Minister Imran Khan at Davos reflects the success of our foreign policy.

Moreover, Special Assistant noted the vital role which Radio Pakistan is playing for protection of ideological borders of the country.

She said the government is taking concrete measures to modernize it in accordance with the requirements of modern era.
