NCOC hires medical staff services thru Coronavirus Relief Tiger Force.

 

Government has decided to hire services of medical staff, who have registered themselves with Coronavirus Relief Tiger Force.

National Command and Operation Center made this decision during its  meeting in Islamabad today (Thursday).
Under it, the NCOC would hire services of 10,000 trained registered members belonging to medical field in various provinces.
Corona Relief Tiger Force has received an unprecedented response from youth.
While briefing the meeting, Special Assistant to Prime Minister on Youth Affairs Usman Dar said this.
Furthermore, he said that more than 800,000 youth have so far registered themselves with the force.
Earlier, Pakistan government confirmed 4489 cases of Coronavirus in the country.
Of them 63 patients have died so far while 572 have been recovered.
However, government has also decided to review whether to ease or prolong lockdown on April 14.
PM KHan said, while talking to members of Balochistan’s Provincial Cabinet and Parliamentarians.
Centre would decide about easing the countrywide lockdown after seeking inputs from all the provinces on 14th of this month.
He said federal and provincial governments are working in cohesion to cope with the situation arising out of Covid-19.
The Prime Minister said that National Command and Control Center is minutely observing the Coronavirus situation across the country.
On the other hand, Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan has allowed the local production of raw material of chloroquine.
Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on Health, Dr. Zafar Mirza has said this in a statement.
He said the DRAP decision aims at strengthening efforts to cope with coronavirus challenge.
Moreover, the DRAP has also permitted clinical trials of plasma therapy for coronavirus treatment.
He said the drug regulatory body has also allowed the clinical trials of locally manufactured ventilators.
The DRAP allowed over 50 companies to produce sanitizers to contain the spread of the pandemic.
The companies will prepare quality sanitizers as per the directions of the World Health Organization.

On the other hand, President Dr Arif Alvif and Council of Islamic Ideology (CII) have decided to hold special prayer to seek Allah’s forgiveness tomorrow (Friday).
The extremely limited gathering will pray at Aiwan-e-Sadr after Jumma prayer.
They decided this during the meeting wherein Dr. Qibla Ayaz led CII delegation in Islamabad today (Thursday).
