In a tweet today (Monday), Minister for Information and Broadcasting Chaudhry Fawad Hussain rejected their statements.

He termed the statements of Shahbaz Sharif and Bilalwal Bhutto Zardari on IMF programme as shockingly hypocritical.
Furthermore, he pointed out that Pakistan has so far borrowed around $ 13.79 billion dollars from the IMF.
Out of that, PPP govt secured 47 percent, while PML-N govt secured at 35 percent.
However, the PTI and governments secured loan stand at merely 18 percent.
Therefore, the Minister advised the opposition leaders to see record before issuing any statements to avoid embarrassment.
