PIA brings 350 more passengers including WB staff from Kabul to Islamabad today (Friday).

The national flag carrier – PIA, did this job with the support of Pakistan embassy and local authorities.

The PIA reportedly continues its massive airlift efforts to evacuate the people who wish to leave Afghanistan after the Taliban take over.

According to official sources, PIA brought back 250 staff members of the World Bank among 350 passengers.

Specially, the PIA’s two Boeing 777 flights did this job.

Other passengers included foreigners and local Afghans attached with several international organizations, Afghan Wireless communication, Vimco Imtiaz construction company, Sky aero logistics.

Moreover, they also rescued those working with the embassy of the Philippines from Kabul.
