Lt Gen Nigar visits flood hit areas in Balochistan, Sindh

RAWALPINDI – Surgeon General Pakistan Army Lieutenant General Nigar Johar visited the flood-affected areas of Balochistan and Sindh.
According to Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR), the Surgeon General visited Army Field Medical Camps in Naseerabad and Dera Murad Jamali. She also met with Army Paramedics and Doctors.
Speaking on the occasion, Lieutenant General Nigar Johar said that especially new-born children and women have been severely affected by the flood. She asked the staff to ensure availability of food to children and pregnant women. Along with this, the availability of lady health workers should also be ensured.
She also instructed the doctors to vaccinate the victims of cholera and typhoid.
