PPP, PML-N agreed on proposed constitutional amendments

Pakistan Muslim League-N President Muhammad Nawaz Sharif and People’s Party Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari were agreed on the constitutional amendments during a meeting held today.

PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari arrived at Punjab House to meet PML-N supremo Nawaz Sharif. The former prime minister welcomed the PPP chairman upon his arrival. The two leaders discussed the political situation in the country.

During the meeting, the issue of constitutional amendments related to judicial reforms was discussed.

On the occasion, PML-N’s Marriyum Aurangzeb, Rana Sanaullah, Parvaiz Rasheed, Irfan Siddiqui, Ahsan Iqbal and PPP’s Yousuf Raza Gilani, Raja Pervez Ashraf, Khurshid Shah, Murtaza Wahab, Murtaza Javed Abbasi, Naveed Qamar and Palusha Khan were also present.

PML-N President Nawaz Sharif will attend a dinner to be hosted in honour of the Saudi delegation tonight.
