Eid ul Fitar likely to fall in Pakistan on this date

As Pakistan is currently observing holy month Ramadan 2025, and not anticipation for Eid ul Fitr is also building with each passing day.
The Eid ul Fitar 2025 is expected to be celebrated across the country on March 31, A Ruet-e-Hilal Research Council member said.
According to him, Shawwal crescent will be visible in most regions of the country on March 30 which is Sunday.
He said that the Shawwal moon will born on Saturday, March 29, and will be visible to human eye by Sunday eve, as it will be over 26 hours old.
The crescent must be at least 18 hours old at sunset – a condition that will be easily met across Pakistan on March 30.
Moreover, Pakistan would likely to observe five to six days Eid 2025 holidays. They are expected to align with the weekend (Saturday and Sunday), offering a five-day break to enjoy the major festive occasion.
Or could run from Friday, March 28 and would continue till 2nd of April.
The exact dates will be confirmed by Ruet-e-Hilal Committee at the end of Ramadan.
