To apply online, applicants must provide the following documents:
- A valid CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card)
- Proof of income (such as an income verification letter from a local union council for self-employed individuals)
- Proof of residence, which can include a utility bill (electricity, water, gas) or a domicile certificate
- Bank account details, including the account number, IBAN, and a copy of the bank statement, as funds will be transferred directly to the applicant’s account
- Family Registration Certificate (FRC) issued by NADRA
- A disability certificate (if applicable)
