• Proof of residence, which can include a utility bill (electricity, water, gas) or a domicile certificate
• Bank account details, including the account number, IBAN, and a copy of the bank statement, as funds will be transferred directly to the applicant’s account
• Family Registration Certificate (FRC) issued by NADRA
• A disability certificate (if applicable)
